Duties

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with courteous phone etiquette, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Monitor security systems, conduct regular patrols of the premises, and respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies during your shift.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or resolve issues swiftly.
• Maintain detailed logs of nightly activities, incidents, and visitor access for safety compliance.
• Support guest services by arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, and addressing special requests efficiently.
• Ensure all areas are secure at all times, including entrances, exits, and common spaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality roles is highly preferred.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills to engage with guests professionally.
• Previous experience in guest services or front desk operations is advantageous.
• Ability to remain alert during night shifts, with good observational skills for security monitoring.
• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
• Flexibility to work overnight hours consistently and adapt to varying shift schedules.
