Working on live highway environments, you'll champion a people-first approach to safety while leading site teams and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes for our clients and communities.

Your day to day will include:

  • Leading Kier site teams and labour framework operatives, while coordinating plant, materials, and resources to deliver works safely, efficiently, and on programme

  • Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Designers, Commercial teams, and Planners to drive project performance and resolve challenges
  • Building positive relationships with clients, local authorities, elected members, parish councils, and members of the public
  • Monitoring workmanship and carrying out quality inspections in line with Inspection Test Plans, specifications, and project requirements

What are we looking for?

This role of Site Manager is ideal if you:

  • Hold a full driving licence and are comfortable travelling to project sites across the region when required
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience motivating teams and delivering complex civil engineering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
