Job Title: Graduate / Sales Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £26,500 £30,000 basic - 1st year OTE £45k

Location: Manchester City Centre

About My client
My client is a long-established recruitment business specialising in the Food & Drink, FMCG, and Manufacturing sectors. With over 20 years in the market, they partner with some of the UK’s best-known brands as well as innovative challenger businesses across production, engineering, NPD, commercial, and supply chain functions.

Their Manchester office is a key growth hub, focused on building high-performing consultants who want to develop a long-term career in a specialist, relationship-led recruitment environment.

The Opportunity
My client is hiring graduates and commercially-minded sales professionals to join their Manchester team. This role is ideal for individuals who want more than just a job — it’s a chance to build a career in a niche, high-demand market with clear progression and strong earning potential.

You’ll be trained to become a specialist recruiter within the food & drink and FMCG space, working with both candidates and clients across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building relationships with candidates across food & drink, FMCG, and manufacturing industries
  • Headhunting and engaging talent for roles in engineering, operations, commercial, and supply chain
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
  • Developing new business opportunities with food manufacturers and FMCG brands
  • Becoming a market expert in your specialist vertical
