Recruitment Consultant – Bromsgrove, Redditch & Warwick

Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 depending on experience + uncapped commission
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 1 day working from home, with the potential to increase to 2 days

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Bromsgrove, covering the Bromsgrove, Redditch and Warwick area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced temp recruitment consultant to join an established, energetic team and take ownership of a warm desk within the driving and logistics sector.

The Role

You’ll be joining a lively and supportive team, working alongside experienced consultants and our Regional Sales Manager from our Bromsgrove office.

This isn’t a traditional 360 recruitment role. With a dedicated Sales Manager focused on generating new business, you’ll be able to concentrate on what you do best — building relationships with candidates and clients, managing your desk and delivering an excellent recruitment service.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing a busy temporary recruitment desk
• Recruiting, interviewing and onboarding candidates
• Building strong relationships with drivers and clients
• Managing candidate availability and bookings
• Filling temporary vacancies quickly and effectively
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Supporting the wider team and contributing to the success of the branch
• Some candidate and client business development, working alongside the dedicated Sales Manager

About You

We’re looking for someone with solid temporary recruitment experience, ideally within driving, logistics, industrial or transport recruitment.

You’ll be confident dealing with people, organised, commercially aware and able to work at pace. Most importantly, you’ll enjoy being part of a team and thrive in a busy office environment.

The team are bubbly, energetic and highly personable, so we’re looking for someone with a confident personality who will enjoy getting involved and bringing their own energy to the office.

Driving recruitment experience is highly desirable. Candidates with strong experience in the sector will be considered at the top end of the salary range.
