Driveway Cleaning jobs in Aldridge

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable CSCS Cleaning Operative to join our team, specializing in build cleans and industrial cleaning. The role involves working on new build properties, residential properties, and industrial projects within the brewing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning, properties after completed construction works , windows, including frames, mastic, soffits, fascia boards, downpipes, meter boxes, and garage doors using window cleaning kits and water-fed pole systems.
• Jet washing using Karcher and petrol-powered equipment, as well as driveway cleaning systems.
• Operating and maintaining carpet cleaning equipment (full training provided).
• Ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained, reporting any faults or damage, and monitoring stock levels.
• Driving a company van to various job sites (a valid driving license is required).

• Full-time, permanent position (40 hours per week).

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving license (essential).
• Previous cleaning experience in a construction or industrial setting is desirable but not essential.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
