We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Window Cleaner & External Cleaning Operative to join our growing team on a full-time basis covering sites across Essex

The role will involve carrying out professional window cleaning for mainly commercial and some domestic customers, along with a variety of external cleaning and garden maintenance duties.

This is a varied role and would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and is able to work independently as well as as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

• Traditional and water-fed pole window cleaning
• Cleaning windows, frames, sills and doors
• Commercial and residential window cleaning
• External building cleaning
• Pressure washing of paths, patios, driveways and other external areas
• Cleaning external walls, cladding and other surfaces
• Gutter cleaning where required
• General grounds and garden maintenance
• Grass cutting and strimming
• Hedge trimming and pruning
• Weeding and general tidying
• Leaf clearance and removal of garden waste
• Maintaining a clean and professional appearance at customer premises
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Using cleaning equipment and machinery safely and correctly
• Following company health & safety procedures

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous window cleaning experience (desirable)
• Experience in external cleaning, grounds maintenance or gardening (desirable)
• A full UK driving licence
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• A good level of physical fitness
• A professional and friendly approach
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
• A reliable and punctual work ethic
• The ability to work safely at all times

Training will be provided for the right candidate, so previous experience in every aspect of the role is not essential.
