Experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative

£18 per hour + Uncapped Commission

The Role

NN Window Cleaning Croydon is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team.

This is a face-to-face residential sales position. You will work in allocated residential areas, speaking directly with homeowners, introducing our window-cleaning and exterior-cleaning services, providing quotations and securing new customers for our regular cleaning rounds.

This is not an entry-level sales position.

We are looking for someone who already has genuine sales experience and is comfortable approaching customers, building rapport, handling objections and closing business.

We will train you on our services, pricing, systems and sales process. We are not looking to teach someone the basics of selling from scratch.

Earnings

£18 per hour + 20% commission

Our commission structure is straightforward:

£100 commission for every £500 of new work booked.

There is no commission ceiling.

Strong performers therefore have the opportunity to earn significantly more than the basic hourly rate.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Working door-to-door in allocated residential territories

* Approaching and speaking confidently with homeowners

* Identifying opportunities for our services

* Explaining our regular window-cleaning service

* Providing quotations using our pricing structure

* Building rapport quickly with potential customers

* Handling questions and objections

* Closing sales and securing new customers

* Accurately recording customer information

* Working towards individual and team sales targets

* Representing NN professionally in the local community

Our core service is regular residential window cleaning, with additional exterior-cleaning services including gutters, fascias, soffits, conservatory roofs and pressure washing.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is essential.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in areas such as:

* Door-to-door sales

* Field sales

* Direct sales

* Home improvement sales

* Telecoms or utilities sales

* Estate agency

* Automotive sales

* Face-to-face customer acquisition

* Other target-driven sales environments

The industry you have sold in is less important than your ability to demonstrate that you can sell.

You should be:

* Confident approaching people you’ve never met

* Comfortable starting conversations

* Able to build rapport quickly

* Comfortable working to targets

* Resilient and able to handle rejection

* Persuasive without being pushy

* Self-motivated

* Reliable and punctual

* Professional in appearance and communication

* Accurate when recording customer details

* Comfortable working independently in the field

A full UK driving licence is required for this position.
