Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organising work areas.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as required.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision when necessary.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in a labouring or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy loads safely.
• Familiarity with basic tools and machinery is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• A positive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on challenges is essential.
