Role Overview:
As a Cleaning and Maintenance Operative, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality cleaning services for driveways and potentially some roofs. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a dedication to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain driveways using mechanical wire brushing and applying specialised cleaning chemicals.
• Hand scrape roofs to safely remove moss and debris without damaging the tiles.
• Perform maintenance visits for returning clients, ensuring their driveways and roofs remain in excellent condition.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including The Moss Man's specialised machines ("Big Boy" and "Little Boy").
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, meeting customer expectations.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines during all cleaning operations.
• Communicate professionally with clients, answering any questions about the cleaning process.
• Work as part of a team to complete larger jobs efficiently.

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is a plus but not essential; training will be provided.
• A valid UK driver’s license is essential.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.50-£14.50 per hour
