Location: Head Office in Wirral, remote home working & travel to site visits within Merseyside & Cheshire

Salary: Competitive Salary + Mileage Allowance + up to £50k OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

We provide many cleaning services from window cleaning, office cleaning, gutter clearing to pressure washing, crime scene cleaning and waste clearance.

Despite our fast growth, we still care about every customer and every contract. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and delivery of a thorough, reliable high-quality service.

To help drive our continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Business Development Sales Executive to join our expanding team to concentrate on growing our domestic side of the business pushing window cleaning, gutter clearing, driveway and patio cleaning.

What you’ll do:

As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving our business as we continue to expand. You will be required to:

· Spend 1-2 days per week prospecting for new business. Minimum 1 office day with the rest from home/road. More office days if required.

· Utilise various research methods to target businesses and their key contacts, including online tools such as LinkedIn.

· Book a targeted number of qualified appointments per week in Merseyside

· Travel to the prospective customer sites to attend appointments, survey buildings and provide quotes for daily cleaning services.

· Focus on geographies in Merseyside and Cheshire.

· Responsible for price negotiations and objection handling.

· Create and maintain new business relationships and manage the sale through to close. A typical sales cycle is 4 – 6 weeks.

· Carry out other relevant tasks to maximise sales revenue.

· Please note that this role is responsible for generating new business; it is not Account Management.

What you’ll need:

The ideal candidate will have:

Established career in sales with a minimum of 2-3 years in cleaning or associated industries

· Experience selling £250-500k + contract value per annum

· Good communication skills

· Strong desire to succeed

· Self-motivation to seek out new opportunities

· Drive and tenacity

· Excellent prospecting skills

· Be located within one hour commute of Wirral

· Valid UK driver’s licence

Experience selling into the education and / or medical sectors would be beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given.
