Window Cleaning Technician (Property Care Team)

At Kin Kan Do Property Care, our technicians typically work an average of 3.5 days per week, while enjoying the security and benefits of a full-time permanent role.

We're looking for a friendly, hardworking and reliable person to join our growing team.

This role is primarily focused on window cleaning using modern water-fed pole technology, but all members of our Property Care Team support each other across the business when required. We're looking for someone who enjoys varied work and is happy to help with different services throughout the year.

What You'll Be Doing

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Residential and commercial window cleaning
• Using water-fed pole systems and other professional equipment
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship
• Working safely and efficiently at customer properties

As part of the wider Property Care Team, you may also assist with:

• Lawn care and grass cutting
• Gutter clearing
• Fascia and soffit cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Hedge cutting and garden maintenance
• Solar panel cleaning
• Other property care services as required

While window cleaning will make up the majority of your work, flexibility and a willingness to support the team are important parts of the role.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to pass background checks
• Positive, hardworking attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Strong communication skills
• Able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically fit and capable of manual work throughout the day
• Willingness to learn new skills and support different areas of the business when required

No Experience Necessary

Previous window cleaning experience is welcome but not essential.

We are happy to provide full training for the right person. We place far more value on attitude, reliability, customer service and a strong work ethic than previous industry experience.

We're looking for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a great job, and is willing to get stuck in wherever needed. Whilst you'll be joining our Window Cleaning Team, you'll also be part of a wider Property Care business where teamwork and flexibility are important.

Pay: £29,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
