WINDOW CLEANER WANTED

A&R Cleaning – Join Our Growing Team

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and self-motivated window cleaner to join our growing business.

The role will be mainly traditional window cleaning, with additional exterior cleaning work available as the business grows.

THE ROLE

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Traditional window cleaning
• Gutter clearing
• Fascia, soffit & conservatory cleaning
• Driveway & patio cleaning
• General exterior cleaning

You will be working independently for much of the day, so this isn’t a role for someone who needs constant supervision or someone working alongside them.

Some days can be quiet, repetitive and lonely, so you need to be comfortable working alone, staying motivated and getting on with the job without someone standing over you.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

✅ Has a full driving licence✅ Is reliable and punctual✅ Can work alone and use their own initiative✅ Has a good work ethic✅ Takes pride in their work✅ Is comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions✅ Is physically fit and comfortable with the demands of the job✅ Is trustworthy and professional✅ Has good attention to detail✅ Has previous window cleaning experience — preferred but not essential

We’re looking for someone who can be given a list of work and get on with it.

You will have responsibility for managing your day, completing the work to a high standard and representing A&R Cleaning professionally.
