Industrial Cleaner – Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Cleaner who is flexible and able to work nationwide, including weekends and additional hours when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate power washing equipment to clean surfaces such as driveways, patios, building exteriors, and industrial areas.
• Use reach-and-wash systems for safe and effective window cleaning at various heights.
• Perform high-level cleaning, including gutter clearing, fascia/soffit cleaning, cladding cleaning, and other elevated tasks.
• Maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow all site safety procedures and adhere to company health and safety policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• Experience with power washing or exterior cleaning equipment (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work at height and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
• Full UK driving licence is an advantage.

Requirements

• Willingness to travel nationwide (100% required)
• Ability to pass a DBS check and police vetting process
• Flexible availability, including weekends, nights, and longer shifts
• A full, clean driving licence is preferred but not essential
• CSCS card preferred
• Additional licences such as IPAF or PASMA are desirable but not essential

Training & Development

Full training is provided, giving you the opportunity to gain new skills and progress within a successful, expanding company.

Work Schedule

You may work:

• 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• Day or night shifts
• Monday to Friday, with weekend work as required
