Job Title: Window Cleaner - Exterior Maintenance Specialist

• Salary : £24,000 - £30,000 per year (Depends on experience)
• We will consider applicants with no experience and with strong customer service skill.

Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Exterior Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of driveways, patios, gutters, and windows without the need for ladders or height climbing. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Clean driveways, patios, gutters,roofs and windows to high standards using ground-level equipment.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements:

• Must be able to work in all types of weather
• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
• Based within 30 minutes of Watford (other close locations may be considered)
• Full manual driving license with no more than 6 points
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Knowledge of patio cleaning, driveway cleaning, and operating a petrol pressure washer is an advantage

Training:

• One-week training provided; no prior experience required
• After training, you will be expected to work independently
