Job Overview

As a Jet Washing & Brick Clean Operative, you’ll clean exterior surfaces using jet-washing and brick-cleaning methods, helping maintain tidy, presentable properties. You’ll work carefully, communicate clearly and provide a courteous service while completing tasks safely and to a consistent standard.

Duties

• Prepare work areas and equipment, taking care to protect surrounding surfaces and property.
• Jet wash and clean brickwork, adjusting your approach to suit the surface and level of soiling.
• Check completed work, tidy the area and report any issues or further cleaning needs.
• Communicate progress politely with customers and colleagues, responding to questions where appropriate.

Qualifications

Required: Practical communication skills and sufficient English to understand instructions, discuss work clearly and provide courteous customer service. You should be able to use cleaning equipment carefully and follow safe working practices. Preferred: Driving ability and experience in customer-facing or exterior cleaning work can support effective site visits and a helpful service.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
