Bailey’s Floor Care is looking for an experienced technician to take charge of our pressure washing work. You’ll be the person turning tired patios and driveways into clean, gleaming surfaces. We want someone who can get stuck in straight away!

Your responsibilities are simple... make our clients happy! You'll be our go-to person for everything to do with our external cleaning service so broad shoulder are required.

This position is ideal for someone who’s practical, positive, and ready to learn as we’re keen to teach you the ropes on our specialist indoor services too. As soon as you have got to grips with our pressure washing work your next quest to conquer will be our rug cleaning service making you an indispensable member of our team.

### What we’re looking for:

✅ Experienced in pressure washing – ideally with commercial-grade equipment.

✅ Willing to learn – we’ll train you in our other floor and soft furnishing services.

✅ Smart in appearance – you're representing a professional and trusted business.

✅ Physically fit – expect lifting, shifting, and plenty of manual work.

✅ Self-motivated – capable of working alone without constant supervision.

✅ Trustworthy – our clients let us into their homes.

✅ Full UK driving licence – valid to drive a 3.5t van.

✅ Over 30 years of age – for insurance purposes.

✅ Full of common sense – a practical problem-solver.
