Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Outdoor Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of outdoor spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in their work. The position involves working in various weather conditions and requires good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Duties

  • Clean and maintain outdoor areas such as pavements, gardens, driveways, and communal spaces using appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Remove debris, litter, leaves, and other waste materials to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
  • Operate basic gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Interact courteously with clients, visitors, and team members, providing excellent customer service.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with special projects or additional cleaning tasks as required by the management.

Experience

  • Previous experience in outdoor cleaning or gardening is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites.
  • Good command of English to understand instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift moderate loads when necessary.
