Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Gardener to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor landscapes, ensuring that gardens and green spaces are healthy, vibrant, and aesthetically pleasing. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen interest in horticulture and landscape maintenance to develop their skills in a professional environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plant Care: Planting, watering, weeding, pruning, of shrubs, trees, and borders.
  • Lawn & Garden Maintenance: Mowing, edging, strimming, and mulching to keep gardens tidy.
  • Machinery Maintenance: Safely operating and maintaining gardening equipment, such as mowers.
  • Site Upkeep: Cleaning paths, patios, and driveways, plus removing debris.
  • Seasonal Tasks: Pruning trees/shrubs, clearing leaves and watering.
  • Main Areas of work to be covered - Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in gardening or horticulture is highly valued.
  • Physical Stamina: The ability to lift, bend, and work on your feet all day.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of plants, and safe use of tools.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Certifications: Requires a driving license (vehicle to be provided).

Pay: £34,000.00 per year
