We are seeking a versatile and skilled Porcelain Layer, Block Paver, and All-Rounder to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in masonry and related trades, with the ability to undertake a variety of tasks including laying porcelain, installing block paving, and assisting with general building duties. Responsibilities

• Lay porcelain tiles with precision, ensuring a high-quality finish in accordance with project specifications.
• Install block paving efficiently and accurately, maintaining consistent levels and alignment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment safely and effectively.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, levelling, and measuring accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment relevant to the role.
• Proficient at porcelain laying techniques and block paving installation is essential.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to various construction tasks.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labour throughout the working day.
• Valid UK driving licence is preferred but not mandatory.
