LIVE-IN CARETAKER/HANDYMAN REQUIRED

Willesley Park Golf Club in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leicestershire, are looking to recruit a Live-in Caretaker/Handyman. The applicant must be practical and self-motivated.

The successful applicant will receive a salary commensurate with skills and experience. The position requires the successful candidate to live on site in a two bedroomed self-contained bungalow. You will be a key holder at all times and accommodation is to be included as part of the salary package. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual.

Responsibilities:

Site security

General upkeep and maintenance of the clubhouse

Maintaining outside areas Supporting the Food & Beverage Team

Duties:

On site security early morning and lock up times

Health & Safety including Fire Prevention

Minor repairs, electrical, plumbing & joinery

Window cleaning

Supervising Contractors

Maintenance of car park, driveway and garden areas

Moving of furniture as and when required

Decorating when required
