Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the exterior surfaces of buildings, including windows, walls, driveways, patios, and gutters
• Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, brushes, and ladders safely and effectively
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard while adhering to safety guidelines
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their requirements and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage scheduling and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Maintain cleaning tools and equipment in good condition and report any repairs needed
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times during outdoor work environments

Skills

• Valid driving licence and ability to drive company vehicles when required
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform outdoor cleaning tasks in various weather conditions
