We are My Property Pros, a well-established, family-run exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial clients across Kingswinford & Stourbridge. We use state-of-the-art equipment to deliver top-quality services, including:

✔ Roof cleaning✔ Soft washing✔ Jet washing (patios & driveways)✔ Gutter clearance & cleaning✔ Window cleaning (water-fed pole & traditional methods)

Due to rapid expansion, we’re looking for a hard-working, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team.

What We Offer:

Salary: £26,000 -£33,280 plus 3% pension contribution (depending on experience)Opportunities for growth – responsibility & pay increase with experienceFull training provided – experience preferred but not essentialCompany van provided (must meet insurance requirements for drivers)Uniform provided – we take pride in our appearanceFull-time & part-time roles available

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Window cleaning (water-fed pole & traditional methods)
✔ Soft washing (safe exterior cleaning solutions)
✔ Roof cleaning
✔ Gutter clearance & cleaning
✔ Jet washing (driveways, patios & paths)
✔ Driving a company van to and from jobs
✔ Interacting with customers & taking job details

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Lives locally in Kingswinford/Stourbridge
✔ Full UK driving licence (must meet insurance criteria)
✔ Physically fit & able to work outdoors in all seasons
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and professional
✔ Friendly, approachable, and good with customers
✔ Takes pride in their work & pays attention to detail
✔ Can work independently & as part of a team
✔ Organised, tidy, and adaptable to different tasks
✔ Basic computer skills (for simple job notes)

We’d Love It If You Also Have:

✔ Previous experience in exterior cleaning (not essential, but a bonus!)
✔ A strong work ethic & willingness to learn
✔ A proactive approach to problem-solving
✔ A flexible attitude towards working hours and holidays
