Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain the exterior surfaces of buildings, including windows, walls, roofs, driveways, and patios
• Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, brushes, and squeegees safely and effectively
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard while adhering to safety guidelines
• Communicate with clients professionally to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after each use
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times during work activities
• Assist with organising schedules and coordinating appointments with clients

Experience

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or a similar role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
• Valid driving licence is preferred as some travel between sites may be required
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members
• Strong customer service skills are desirable to ensure positive interactions with clients
• Good communication skills are necessary to understand instructions clearly and report any issues promptly

Pay: £100.00-£110.00 per day
