Job Overview
As a Garden and Outdoor Cleaning Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their gardening and outdoor cleaning needs. Your passion for working outdoors regardless of the weather is a must for this varied role.

Duties Work as part of a team to:

Maintain regular customer gardens to include lawn cutting, shrubs, bush trimming, weeding and general garden tidying.
Cleaning of external windows, fascias, gutters, conservatories and roofs.
Power washing external driveways, patios and paving.
Washing domestic wheelie bins
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members to foster a positive working environment and warm friendly service

Qualifications

Good communication skills in English to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
A genuine interest in gardening and cleaning is highly desirable.
Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning
Ability to drive is an advantage but not essential
Must be physically fit to handle garden work, and handle water tanks and equipment as part of daily duties.
Prepared to work in a fast paced working environment
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Confident to work at higher levels, i.e. on ladders
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new services and gardening techniques are essential for success in this role.
Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
Reliable and trustworthy

Pay: £20,000.00-£21,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 – 36 per week
