Job Title: Holiday Let Cleaner & Property Manager
Location: Pwllheli, North Wales
Employment Type: Part-time/Seasonal
Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Holiday Let Cleaner & Property Manager for a busy holiday rental in Pwllheli, North Wales. This position combines housekeeping with property management, including guest coordination, basic maintenance, and even social media marketing to ensure the property is always welcoming and well-maintained for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Changeover and Cleaning:
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas between guest stays (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces).
- Manage laundry, including washing and ironing bed linens and towels.
- Restock toiletries and kitchen supplies, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation for new guests.
- Remove waste and recycling, and replace bin liners.
- Property Management:
- Oversee the booking diary, keeping it up-to-date with guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Communicate with guests regarding arrival times, special requests, and any important instructions.
- Monitor property maintenance needs, perform minor repairs, and coordinate professional maintenance when necessary.
- Stock Control:
- Ensure adequate supplies of cleaning products, toiletries, and kitchen utensils are always on hand.
- Place orders for restocking as needed.
- Waste & Grounds Management:
- Organize and manage recycling and waste disposal, adhering to local regulations.
- Maintain outdoor spaces, including gardens, patios, and driveways, by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and keeping pathways clear.
- Social Media & Marketing:
- Promote the property through social media by creating engaging content (photos, posts, etc.) to attract guests.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and inquiries to boost visibility and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning, property management, or hospitality.
- Basic DIY skills for small maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.
- Flexibility to work changeover days, including weekends.
- Own transportation is preferred due to the location.
