Position: Full-Time Handy Person/Caretaker

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Handy Person/Caretaker to join our team on a private property. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of buildings and grounds, ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys working outdoors and is confident around dogs, particularly German Shepherds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and Grounds Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition.
• Lawn Care: Cutting grass, weeding, and planting to maintain a beautiful and healthy landscape.
• Dog Care: Grooming, feeding, and ensuring the well-being of the resident German Shepherds.
• Waste Management: Removal of dog waste and general waste management.
• Fence Repairs and Painting: Regular inspection, repair, and painting of fences to ensure they are secure and well-maintained.
• Jet Washing: Cleaning driveways, patios, and other outdoor surfaces using a jet washer.
• Window Cleaning: Ensuring all windows are clean and streak-free.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Skills: Basic maintenance skills, gardening, and dog care.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Personality: Enjoy working outdoors, proactive, and confident around dogs.
