Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Window Cleaner to join our team in CRANLEIGH near GUILDFORD.
• The role is self employed PART TIME, 2 days a week and occasional weekends to meet the demands of the business. Working hours are generally 7.45-4.15. Pay rate is subject to experience and and continuous review.
• This role requires the candidate to have a full clean UK driving licence, and be over the age of 25 for insurance purposes.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

This role involves cleaning windows for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring a streak-free finish and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Your duties will include:

• Window Cleaning using Reach and Wash equipment and traditional methods.
• Gutter clearing, Patio and Driveway cleaning amongst other services.
• Cleaning a mixture of both Domestic & Commercial properties
• Safely operate ladders and other equipment to access high or hard-to-reach areas.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain equipment and supplies in good working order.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
• Provide feedback on client satisfaction and report any issues or concerns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in window cleaning is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Applicants must have the following:
• Valid passport or birth certificate
• If applicable – a valid visa and right to work in the UK
• Full UK manual driving licence
• CV
