The Job

This role offers a wide range of responsibilities, including maintaining communal areas across residential developments in Reigate and the surrounding areas, including, but not limited to:

Gardening Duties:

  • Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
  • Hedge trimming and shaping
  • Strimming and edging grass areas
  • Weed spraying and removal
  • Pruning trees, shrubs, and plants
  • General garden tidying and waste disposal

Communal Cleaning Duties:

  • Hoovering carpets and floors in communal areas
  • Dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and surfaces
  • Washing down walls, doors, and skirting boards
  • Sweeping and mopping hard floors

Job Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, with an annual review
