Salary: £31,000 per year | Hours: 7:00AM – 5:00PM (hours may vary depending on site locations)

Yorks Power Cleaning is expanding, and we’re looking for a motivated and hardworking Exterior Cleaning Operative to join our growing team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of exterior cleaning services across commercial, industrial, and residential sites. The role is hands-on and involves travel to different locations, so flexibility and reliability are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating jet washing and exterior cleaning equipment
  • Carrying out driveway, patio, forecourt, gutter, and building cleans
  • Oil spill clean-ups and graffiti removal
  • Working safely on varied client sites, sometimes in challenging conditions
  • Ensuring jobs are completed to a high professional standard
  • Providing great customer service on-site

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in exterior cleaning, jet washing, or similar (preferred but not essential – full training will be provided)
  • A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Flexibility with hours due to site travel requirements
  • A valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
