Exterior Cleaning & Property Maintenance Operative

Location: North & East London (Various Locations)

Pay: Competitive – Paid Per Completed Job

Job Type: Flexible | Self-Employed/Subcontractor | Part-Time (Potential for Regular Work)

We’re looking for hardworking, dependable people to join our team as self-employed subcontractors. As the business grows, there will be opportunities for regular ongoing work.

Duties Include

  • Bin cleaning
  • Patio and driveway pressure washing
  • Garden tidy-ups
  • Fence cleaning
  • Exterior property cleaning
  • Waste removal
  • Car washing and valeting (where required)

Full training and support can be provided for the right person.
