Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Property Care Taker to ensure the upkeep, security, and smooth running of a private estate. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive approach to maintenance, cleaning, and staff/contractor supervision.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Tasks:

• Conduct property checks for security and safety.
• Clean and maintain staircases, gym, driveway, garage, and garden areas.
• Oversee vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and readiness.
• Supervise contractors, gardeners, and cleaning staff; ensure tasks are completed to standard.
• Handle minor repairs, follow cleaning schedules, and assist with errands.

Weekly Tasks:

• Wash and inspect vehicles.
• Manage waste collection and clean bins.
• Test fire alarms, clean lifts, and organize storage areas.

Monthly Tasks:

• Test and replace batteries in alarms.
• Clean gutters, replace light bulbs, and jet wash outdoor areas.
• Inspect pumps, utility meters, and roofs.

Yearly Tasks:

• Assist with holiday decorations, events, and larger maintenance projects like painting and roof cleaning.

Qualifications:

• Property maintenance or caretaking experience.
• Basic repair skills (electrical, plumbing, and mechanical).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Person with own car is preferred
