Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance/Handyperson/Gardener to join our small team. This versatile role involves performing general maintenance tasks, minor plumbing repairs, gardening, joinery work. Maintaining our Hot Tub and Pool with training.

Duties

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs using hand tools and power tools to ensure the property's safety and functionality.
• Maintain the gardens and landscaped areas with planting, pruning, mowing, weeding and fertilising. Maintaining the hanging baskets.
• Perform general property upkeep to include painting, fixing fixtures, fences and addressing any minor plumbing issues.
• Monitor the condition of outdoor structures such as fences, pathways, decking carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
• Supervise or assist other team members in completing maintenance projects safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance activities
• Proven experience in general maintenance or handyperson roles within commercial settings
• Removing rubbish and keeping grounds, car park, waste storage areas tidy
• Cleaning all signs/lighting, gutters around the building
• Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with staff and guests
• Daily Testing of Hot Tub & Pool, treating water etc - Full training given
• Clearing snow, gritting the driveway, paths and road to make safe

Pay: From £12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
