Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Resin Floor Layer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable resin flooring systems across various commercial and industrial projects. Your expertise will help create seamless, high-quality surfaces that meet strict safety and aesthetic standards. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, grinding, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of resin materials.
- Mix and apply resin compounds accurately according to project specifications and schematics.
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and install flooring components with precision.
- Follow detailed schematics and technical drawings to ensure proper placement and layering of resin floors.
- Perform surface finishing tasks such as smoothing, polishing, and sealing to achieve a flawless finish.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials safely.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), throughout all phases of installation.
Qualifications
- Proven construction experience with a focus on flooring or surface preparation preferred.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction painting techniques.
- Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, and blueprint reading is highly desirable.
- Experience with carpentry or related trades is a plus for understanding structural requirements.
- Ability to operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Must be physically capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
