General Construction Labourer

We are currently seeking a General Construction Labourer to join our team on a permanent basis. This is an outdoor, hands-on role requiring commitment in all weather conditions, all year round.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-4pm

Responsibilities

  • General site maintenance and building work
  • Basic gardening and landscaping tasks
  • Erecting safety barriers and signage
  • Installing and removing drainage pipework
  • Ground preparation and laying pavements/driveways
  • Industrial cleaning
  • Assisting with factory repairs and other duties as required
  • Please note: this list is not exhaustive and flexibility is required to meet operational needs.

Requirements

  • A valid Construction Safety Card (essential)
  • Previous experience in construction or plumbing (essential)
  • Working at height experience (desirable – training provided)
  • Forklift and mobile plant licences (advantageous)
  • Experience operating a 360 excavator (advantageous)
  • A strong work ethic, good attendance, and commitment to safe working practices.

Due to the location of site, you must have your own transport.
