Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team at Cotswold Surfacing Co. The successful candidate will be involved in various outdoor and road construction-related tasks, contributing to the production or rejuvenation of private and public drives, roads, patios, and more. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills within a dynamic environment, supporting a well-established company. With varied sites almost daily, this position is perfect for those seeking a role that offers diversity and hands-on experience.

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience or genuine interest in labouring, particularly in road surfacing
- Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation is advantageous, with training provided
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Familiarity with operating excavators or similar heavy machinery is a plus
- Knowledge of drainage system installation and maintenance is desirable
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong teamwork ethic, effective communication skills, and good organisational abilities

-HGV licence beneficial but not essential (wage would reflect this)
