Full job description

New Year. New Roads. New Routine.

Job Title: Trade Plate Driver / Vehicle Assessor (Self-Employed)
Location: Nationwide (travel required — routes planned efficiently)
Pay: Average £400–£600+ per week (5 days worked)
Job Type: Full-time, Self-Employed

If you enjoy driving different cars, prefer the open road to being stuck in one place, and like seeing new parts of the UK, this role is built for you.

At WeDeliverCars.co.uk, we move vehicles nationwide — meaning no two days are the same. One day you could be delivering a brand-new car to a dealership, the next you might be collecting a vehicle from the other side of the country. If you like variety, independence, and driving as part of your workday, this is a genuine New Year, New Me opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving a wide range of vehicles across the UK
  • Collecting and delivering vehicles nationwide
  • Completing vehicle appraisals using our mobile apps (full training provided)
  • Using public transport between jobs when required (reimbursed weekly)
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with coordinators and customers

What We Provide

  • Full training and structured onboarding
  • Trade plates, high-vis vest, dash cam and tyre gauge supplied
  • Weekly reimbursement of public transport costs (you pay upfront — we advise routes)
  • Regular work with varied routes, locations, and vehicles
  • Support from an experienced and friendly logistics team

What We’re Looking For

  • Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years (maximum 6 points)
  • Off-road parking at your home address (driveway or secure space)
  • Comfortable driving long distances and using public transport
  • Confident with mobile phone apps
  • Good communication skills and self-motivation
  • Fluent spoken and written English

How It Works

  • Apply online and complete our short criteria form
  • If successful, attend a local induction / assessment session
  • Inductions run weekly — successful candidates can start within a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £400.00-£600.00 per week

Work Location: On the road
