Salary: £120 - £140 per day + yearly bonus

Working: Full-time, 5 days per week with an opportunity for weekend work on occasion

Hours: 7:30am-3:00pm (hours may vary slightly)

Location: Bromley and surrounding areas

Reports to PJC Management

Job role description and what we can offer you

We are looking for someone to join our team with experience in all aspects of hard landscaping. As a Hard Landscaper at PJC you will be involved in the organisation and management of jobs including:

· Fencing

· Decking

· Patios

· Driveways

· Sheds

· Shed bases

Working environments:

· Most of the work at PJC consists of domestic projects in which we work closely with the customers to make their ideas and dreams a reality

· You will be working as part of a team to deliver skilled craftmanship on client projects

What this role entails on a day-to-day basis:

· Organizing and calculating the quantity of materials needed on site

· Working with management to assist with the planning and execution of the active project

· Organisation and delegation of jobs with the strengths and experience of the team members

· Communicating well with PJC management to ensure they are kept in touch with on site progress.

· This role is likely to be customer facing at times and therefore you should be comfortable in communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

Your experience:

· 2+ years Hard landscaping experience

· You have experience in all aspects of hard landscaping

About you:

· PJC requires someone who will work well as part of a team but also manage themselves effectively.

· You will be able to inspire and optimise each of the individual team members strengths and weaknesses to complete jobs to a high quality.

· You’ll be adept at identifying problems and coming up with solutions, but we don’t expect you to do everything yourself and will have ongoing support from management.

· You have a keen interest and passion for landscaping and will keep abreast any improvements that the business could make.

· You have a strong understanding of the use of heavy machinery and the safety measures that are in place to protect yourself and others

· Excellent problem solver

· Good communication skills

· Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines

· Excellent time management and organisation
