Project Manager – Landscaping & Groundworks

GlasgowFull-TimeCompetitive Salary + Bonuses + Vehicle/Allowance

West Coast Landscaping & Groundworks Ltd are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscaping and groundworks projects across Glasgow and surrounding areas.

This is a hands-on management role for someone who can confidently run multiple projects, manage teams and subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential and commercial landscaping/groundworks projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and plant
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality standards
  • Conduct site visits, health & safety checks, RAMS, and toolbox talks
  • Liaise directly with clients and provide regular project updates
  • Oversee drainage, foundations, paving, driveways, hard landscaping, and reinstatement works
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and professionally
  • Manage variations, site records, and reporting

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing landscaping or groundworks projects
  • Strong knowledge of drainage, levels, foundations, and hard landscaping
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple live projects
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving ability
  • SMSTS/SSSTS preferred
  • CSCS Card preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence essential
