We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscaper/Fencer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in constructing, and maintaining hard landscaping elements and fencing structures. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Construct hard landscaping features such as patios, and driveways.
• Install various types of fencing, including wooden and metal.
• Read and interpret landscape designs and plans.
• Prepare job sites by removing existing structures, levelling ground, and setting foundations.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure project specifications are met.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a hard landscaper and fencer.
• Knowledge of landscaping and fencing materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy manual labour.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred:

• Certification in landscaping or a related fields.

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
