We are looking for committed, reliable, warm, and friendly individuals, who are passionate and caring. This is a highly rewarding role, transporting mainly children with special educational needs. This transport is a huge part of their lives.

We currently have opportunities for some of the most rewarding work you will ever be likely to do. After all, if you are going to work, why not enjoy it?

· Monthly pay

· A variety of work or a set route, depending on your preference

· A permanent contract

· Holiday pay

· A contributory pension

· Full training, which will be provided

· Vehicles and fuel cards (both are for company-related work only)

· The chance to work as part of a friendly team

This is an amazing opportunity to give something back to the community or for those who are looking to top up their income

24x7 Group is a family-owned business that has been providing home-to-school transport since 2001. Due to continued growth and business expansion – and with the increased demand from local councils – we are pleased to be able to offer opportunities nationwide on a part-time but permanent basis.

You will be required to work from Monday to Friday, during school hours in term time only. Your day will normally start in time to complete a school run in the morning and another in the afternoon on each day. Our minimum working hours are 12.5 hours per week with some routes exceeding 25 hours (this generally equates to an average 18 hours per week, subject to the route that is allocated to you).

Job Role

This is a part-time but permanent position to:

· provide transport for special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres

· work in an effective, safe, and flexible manner, supporting the operation of the company

You will need to:

· make yourself available in both mornings and afternoons on schooldays.

· quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and the key people at the establishments the passengers attend.

Driver Responsibilities

· You will need a valid full UK driving licence.

· You must be able to drive a company-supplied vehicle, which will range from cars, eight-seat people-carriers, and larger wheelchair-accessible vehicles, all of which can be driven on a car licence.

· No previous experience is required.

· Vehicles must be kept in a safe and convenient location.

· Your background will be checked for any criminal record.

· You should have a friendly and positive attitude, enjoy working with children, and be reliable.

If you feel that you are the right person for this role and would like to join our team, we would love to hear from you.

When applying for this role, you will be directed to our online form, and a member of our team will contact you to progress your application further.
