COURIER DRIVERS WANTED — EXETER & PLYMOUTH
Seven-week contract | Guaranteed six days per week

iDel is recruiting Self-Employed Courier Drivers for a seven-week contract starting Monday 9 November 2026.

Join our Exeter or Plymouth team, with guaranteed work six days per week, free accommodation and fully paid training.

Pay & Package

£182.50 per day — £219 including VAT if registered.

For six days worked, that’s £1,095 per week, or £1,314 including VAT if registered.

On top of your day rate:

  • Free accommodation for the contract.
  • A free tank of fuel.
  • Mileage-based fuel allowance for miles covered during your working route.
  • Bonus scheme.

Our day rate is based on a nine-hour delivery route.

Vans & Driver Support

  • Short wheelbase routes.
  • Assistance with van hire if you don’t own a van, subject to meeting the criteria.
  • Fully paid training.
  • Access to a 24/7 driver hotline.
  • Pre-sorted packages to help you deliver efficiently.

What You’ll Need

  • A full driving licence held for at least one year, with no more than six points.
  • A smartphone with WhatsApp.
  • A commitment to safe working and a positive customer experience.
  • The ability to handle parcels weighing up to 23kg and comfortably navigate stairs.

Your Working Day

Morning loading times vary depending on your allocated route.

Once you’ve completed your route, there’s no need to return to the depot — simply log off and head home.
