Full job description
Role: Verification Specialist
Location: Salford Quays – Hybrid (2 days a week in the office post training)
Salary: £26,250

Role and Responsibilities of the Verifier:
- Requesting client’s wage slips and other proof of income/expenditure/creditor/other additional information.
- Reviewing and carrying out initial assessment cases that partners refer over for DRO processing.
- Liaising with customers to resolve issues such as missing information, queries on cases etc.
- Scheduling of calendars – Booking in application calls etc.
- Processing post/emails received from clients.
- Updating Proof of Debt information
- Manage Inbound Customer Calls where required.
- Compiling data & updating spreadsheets
- General administration duties
- Providing support to the DRO AI’s
90% of these responsibilities will be completed through inbound and outbound telephone calls, so it is important that you’re comfortable with call handling.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in a telephony role
- Previous experience of working in an office environment
- Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
- Previous experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Possess a professional and positive attitude in the office.
