Role: Verification Specialist

Location: Salford Quays – Hybrid (2 days a week in the office post training)

Salary: £26,250

Role and Responsibilities of the Verifier:

• Requesting client’s wage slips and other proof of income/expenditure/creditor/other additional information.
• Reviewing and carrying out initial assessment cases that partners refer over for DRO processing.
• Liaising with customers to resolve issues such as missing information, queries on cases etc.
• Scheduling of calendars – Booking in application calls etc.
• Processing post/emails received from clients.
• Updating Proof of Debt information
• Manage Inbound Customer Calls where required.
• Compiling data & updating spreadsheets
• General administration duties
• Providing support to the DRO AI’s

90% of these responsibilities will be completed through inbound and outbound telephone calls, so it is important that you’re comfortable with call handling.

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience in a telephony role
• Previous experience of working in an office environment
• Ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.
• Previous experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Possess a professional and positive attitude in the office.
