Dunbia Preston are currently inviting applications for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established and dynamic team within one of Europe’s most respected meat processing businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a professional and supportive environment where your contribution will play a key role in ensuring the smooth supply of goods from our facility.

Reporting to the UK Sales Manager the post holder will support the Sales, Planning and Finance Dept with purchase administration and data entry.
Responsibilities:
Main Duties:
  • Liaise with Sales and Planning Teams to collate and plan order requirements
  • Entering all order information onto the weekly planner and Movex
  • Sending release notifications for product ordered from the Cold-Store and liaise with the logistics team to ensure delivery needs are met.
  • Applying for health certificates for export
  • Raise purchase orders and receipt in goods/services received.
  • Work with the Finance department to ensure the PO process is completed by the reporting deadlines.
  • Booking Transport for sales orders
  • Preparing sales and haulage reports
  • Maintaining weekly KPI documents
  • Collaboratively work with Supply Chain departments, export hauliers, customers and agents, to ensure 100% service level and to ensure customer delivery requirements are met
  • Prepare and present sales reports as necessary
Qualifications:
The Person:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple departments.
  • Organised with excellent time management skills, capable of confidently working to deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and familiar with Excel and Microsoft office
  • Team player with proactive “can-do” attitude
