  • Allocate work effectively based on operator capability, workload, and production priorities
  • Ensure aerospace quality standards and customer specifications are consistently met
  • Support problem solving and root cause investigation relating to production or quality issues
  • Work closely with planning and production management to maintain delivery schedule adherence (DSA)
  • Support operator training, development, and skills progression across the department

    • Aerospace inspection methods
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and aerospace specifications
  • Experience using MRP / production planning systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, waste elimination, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to operate effectively within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Why Apply?

  • Opportunity to influence production performance and shopfloor culture
  • Stable business with long-term aerospace and defence contracts
