We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Customer Service / Sales Advisors at our Nottingham site.

About the role:

We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.

Responsibilities day to day:

- Welcoming guests into the showroom and engaging with them to discuss their requirements.

- Be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager.

- Co-ordinate and work alongside the Sales Manager.

- Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty

- Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork

About you:

- Full UK Manual Drivers Licence

(Provisional / Non UK driving licences are unacceptable)

- Customer centric attitude

- Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers

- Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a rota basis)

- 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role

- Previous retail sales experience
