Salary: £24,784 - £25,944 per annum (£12.71 - £13.30 p/h equivalent)- Pay award pending

37.5 Hours p/w – Permanent

This is your opportunity to join us in an exciting post which will cover the whole of Angus and is a collaboration between Penumbra and Community Justice Services. Focus will be on working towards improved mental health and wellbeing, and assisting the people that we work with to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life in the community.

The Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner will provide support to people who have encounters with the Justice System, working in partnership with people who have complex and co-existing needs relating to mental health and wellbeing (including poverty, domestic abuse, care experience, homelessness and complex social barriers) who wish to progress in recovery. This post will work closely with Community Justice and a range of partnership services and the wider Penumbra Services based in Angus.

Demonstrating a commitment to values-based practice and as part of a wider locality team, you will support the successful implementation and delivery of a high-quality service that makes a positive difference to people.
