Architect – Residential & Mixed-Use

Surrey | £70,000 + Private Health Insurance + Annual Bonus
Permanent | Full-Time | Office-Based

Eagle Construction Group is recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for an experienced Architect to join their growing team in Surrey..

This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect with strong technical experience who wants to be actively involved in projects from developed design through to construction.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and coordinating architectural information across RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5, working closely with consultants, contractors and the wider project team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing coordinated design information through RIBA Stages 3, 4 & 5
  • Producing detailed technical and construction drawings
  • Working extensively with Revit and/or Archicad
  • Coordinating designs with structural and MEP consultants
  • Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction standards
  • Resolving technical and design issues during project delivery
  • Supporting residential and mixed-use projects through construction

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3–5 years' relevant experience
  • ARB registration and/or RIBA qualification
  • Strong working knowledge of Revit and/or Archicad
  • Residential and/or mixed-use project experience
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • Experience across RIBA Stages 3–5
  • Good technical detailing and construction knowledge
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

Full-time, office-based role in Surrey

This is a Monday–Friday office-based position, so applicants must be able to commute to the Surrey office on a full-time basis.
