You'll also contribute to the transition towards web-based services and emerging technologies, helping identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Working collaboratively with Housing colleagues, ICT teams and software suppliers, you'll help ensure our systems continue to evolve to meet changing business needs, legislation and customer expectations.
About you
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about technology, systems and service improvement, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage a range of tasks.
You will have:

- An interest in improving business processes and using technology to deliver better outcomes
- Strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
- The ability to analyse information, identify solutions and solve technical problems
- Experience of supporting software systems
- A commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work and maintaining data integrity
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience of management information system administration, advanced MSExcel or project co-ordination will be advantageous in this role.

And with our wide range of health and wellbeing benefits, our highly flexible and collaborative hybrid Worksmart working arrangements as well as our commitment to continuous learning and development, you can be confident of joining a dedicated community of colleagues who are Happy, Healthy and Here.
