Working within the luxurious setting of the store, you will be required to dress accordingly to your surroundings, so when joining our team you will receive your very own pair of pair of Fine Handmade Shoes.

As part of the team you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest levels of service each time they visit the store, this will include conversing with customers to understand their needs and providing a shoe fitting service. You will work as part of a team to help achieve a store lead sales target, along with maintaining store appearance and stockroom standards.

This role will have room for growth as we actively try to promote from within our business.

Responsibilities of Part Time Sales Assistant.

• Support the stores Head of Business with the daily running of the store.
• Engaging with and selling to customers on a daily basis; this will include fitting footwear, upselling product and making drinks for customers.
• Upholding The Brogue Trader’s high level of customer service and ensuring each customer has an excellent experience.
• Maintaining the stores appearance by upholding our cleanliness & merchandising standards.
• Contacting customers via phone call or email regarding their product.

Job Types: Permanent, Part-time

Pay: £12.71 per hour
