Located in the heart of the City, Eataly London is a diverse, multi-outlet operation that harmoniously combines retail, restaurants, bars, and various other departments to create an exceptional guest experience. Position:

Earnings: £12.71h + 5% quarterly bonus

Location: London, EC2M 3YD

Contract type: Permanent; shifts between 7 am and 11 pm, 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays; minimum 30 hours per week. Please note that we do not offer set shifts and candidates must be fully flexible to work on a rota basis.

As a Cashier, you will be a part of our retail team and provide the greatest level of customer service. Your main responsibilities will be processing guest transactions as they purchase in our store at either of our Cashier counters or self-service checkouts. In addition, you may be required to cover the Information Desk as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

• Processing card and cash payments
• Assist customers with the use of self-checkouts.
• Always provide great customer service and assist customers with their queries.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a retail assistant, cashier, or volunteering in a charity shop is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days in the week and available to cover shifts between 7 am and 11 pm, as we cannot accommodate fixed shift timings or days off.
• Previous experience handling cash/card transactions.
• Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Fluent in English.
