Full job description

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the front of house and help shape the business from day one. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run a busy restaurant, build a strong team, and deliver a service people come back for.

Salary: £39,000 – £44,000 (DOE)

Location: Monton, Eccles (easily accessible from Eccles, Swinton, and Manchester City Centre)

Hours: 55 to 66 Hours per Week (Hours are negotiable)

The Role:

- Lead the day-to-day running of the restaurant

- Manage the front of house team during service across lunch, evenings, and peak weekends

- Manage bookings, flow of service, and floor performance

- Work closely with the Head Chef to keep service tight between floor and kitchen

- Take ownership of staffing, rotas, stock control, and labour costs

- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues properly

- Supporting the commercial performance of the business day to day

We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step up

- Background in quality-led restaurants with busy service

- Strong floor presence and calm leadership under pressure

- Understands service, people, and the numbers behind the business
