Full job description

We are seeking confident and high-energy Photography Sales Assistants to join our team at London Southbank! In this role, you will be a welcoming face, responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through capturing their souvenir photos. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service, contributing to a positive and engaging environment for all visitors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in some of London's most iconic attractions, The London Eye, The London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, and Shrek's Adventure! London.

Responsibilities

  • Work at both photo capture and photo sales area, greeting guests warmly and guiding them through the photo process
  • Offer high standard of customer service to every visitor to ensure excellent guest experience
  • Support team hit daily KPI targets such as capture rate and sales conversion
  • Handle guest inquiries professionally, addressing any concerns or questions promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the photo areas to ensure a welcoming environment
  • Uphold health and safety standards in line with company and site policies

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or guest services is desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role with a focus on delivering excellent service
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Enthusiasm for creating positive guest experiences and working as part of a team

Pay: £13.70 per hour
