Full job description

Interior Icons is hiring an AI Visual Content Creator to create premium product, lifestyle, and UGC-style image/video content for our ecommerce furniture brand - www.interioricons.com.

We sell high-end furniture to the US market. This is a visual production role, not an interior design role. You will work from approved product photography, lifestyle references, and clear examples, then use AI tools and editing software to create ecommerce-ready content.

The right person is fast, detail-oriented, visually strong, and able to make AI content look premium, realistic, and accurate.

Responsibilities

  • Create AI lifestyle images for bestselling furniture products
  • Create AI product images based on real product photography
  • Create AI UGC-style images and short videos
  • Retouch and edit AI outputs so they are ready for ecommerce use
  • Match approved reference images closely in style, lighting, composition, and mood
  • Ensure product shape, proportions, materials, colours, and details stay accurate
  • Produce assets for product pages, ads, email, landing pages, and social media
  • Work closely with our buying/content team to prioritise bestsellers
  • Maintain high weekly output of approved final assets
  • Test new AI image/video tools when useful

Requirements

  • Strong visual portfolio
  • Experience creating ecommerce, product, social, ad, or digital content
  • Experience using AI image or video tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, Nano Banana, or similar
  • Strong Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar editing skills
  • Strong eye for realism, lighting, shadows, proportions, and product accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly from clear references and instructions
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work from our London office 3 days per week
  • Comfortable working to clear output targets and approval processes

Preferred

  • Furniture, interiors, homeware, fashion, luxury, or premium ecommerce experience
  • Experience creating AI lifestyle images
  • Experience creating short-form UGC-style videos
  • Product photography, retouching, or ecommerce image-editing background
  • Experience creating content for Shopify, paid ads, email, or landing pages
  • Understanding of premium US ecommerce visual standards

Important

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid test task.

To be considered, candidates must complete all screening questions and provide the requested portfolio links. Applications with missing answers, incomplete responses, or no portfolio/AI content examples will not be reviewed.

As part of our final hiring process, we use a structured Topgrading-style reference process. Final candidates should be comfortable helping us arrange reference/interview calls with their 2-3 most recent direct managers or supervisors. We will only contact references with the candidate’s permission and will not contact a current employer without explicit consent.

We also use productivity and activity-tracking software, including ActivTrak, for company devices and work activity. Candidates must be comfortable working in a performance-managed environment with clear output expectations.

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Casual dress

  • Store discount
  • Work from home
